Privacy Policy
How RAED HOSPITALITY collects, uses and protects your personal data, in accordance with Moroccan Law no. 09-08.
Data controller
RAED HOSPITALITY SARL, a limited liability company with share capital of MAD 100,000, registered with the Rabat Trade Register under no. 202541, ICE 003994839000049, with its registered office at 17, Rue Jbel Moussa, 1st floor, Apt 3, Agdal, 10090 Rabat, Morocco, represented by its manager, Mr. Ismael Gómez.
Data we collect
When you request a demo or become a client, we collect your first and last name, your business email address, your job title, the name of your property, information about it (type, number of rooms, market, systems in use) and the content of your message. Fields marked with an asterisk are required; without them we cannot handle your request.
Purposes
We use this data to answer your demo request, to prepare and deliver our services, to manage invoicing and technical support, and to send you information about our services related to your request.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request or of the contract.
Recipients
The data is intended solely for RAED HOSPITALITY. It is hosted and transmitted by our technical processors, who act only on our instructions: Railway Corporation (hosting), Plus Five Five, Inc. "Resend" (email delivery) and Cloudflare, Inc. (DNS). We do not sell or hand over your data to third parties.
Transfers abroad
These processors are established in the United States. The transfer is governed by contractual data protection clauses and is the subject of an authorization request to the CNDP, Morocco's data protection authority.
Retention
Prospect data is kept for at most three years from the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived for the period required by accounting and tax obligations.
Your rights
Under Moroccan Law no. 09-08, you have the right to access and rectify your data and to object, on legitimate grounds, to its processing. You may object at any time, free of charge, to the use of your data for marketing purposes.
